“We bought a baby bearded dragon here last week and absolutely love it! It's a red morph and all the bearded dragons were 50% off which turned.out to be a good deal. My only complaint would be the supplies (heat lamps, heat rocks, thermometer, etc) were a little over priced in my opinion. I compared prices at different places such as online and other per supply stores and PetSmart was on the higher end of the price spectrum. That being said they also weren't the most expensive store I found. All in all I had a good experience here and our bearded dragon seems to be in good health and has beautiful colors.”

She was very patient with me and listen to my needs and helped me pick out a feed for my dogs the would benefit them both. And even suggested something to help with the transition. Then helped me pick out some treats to take home. I am definitely going back and hoping to see her again. if just to say thank you.”
“Pet Supermarket is a great place to get reasonably priced pet supplies! The guy who sold me my sweet Bunlee was very nice and professional. The only thing I wish is that rabbits came with some kind of paperwork. After going back to pick it up I was told they only do paperwork on ferrets.”

“This store is the best of all the pet supply chains in Knoxville. Employees here go above and beyond to help when needed. I often place an order for delivery to my home. They consistently fill my orders quickly and deliver sooner than promised- every time! When an item in my order is no longer available, they don’t simply send the order missing that item, they contact me personally to see what I might like as a replacement and work to find the best options! Very few companies care enough to do these things and it speaks volumes about how they feel about customer satisfaction and retaining repeat shoppers. They include a handwritten “Thank you” with every home delivery I’ve received. I have zero reason to shop at any other pet supply store in town. Pet Supplies Plus on North Peters Rd is the best!”
