Office Depot charged me twice for the same purchase, adding an identical charge on a day I was never in the store or shopping online.

I had a last minute print job for an event, while the event was in progress. Rushed to Office Depot (Alcoa, TN) where the gentleman in the printing department immediately sprang into action and fulfilled the order for me. I don’t know if he had any other jobs in the queue to be done but he helped me and provided professional results very quickly.
