Renee, the property manager is just awesome! We had an incident, where some kind of oil or grease was seeping into our unit from someone else's, and she handled it flawlessly and with IMMEDIATE response. While showing us the new unit and helping me sign the new lease, she was cheerful and entertaining! Couldn't recommend this place enough! Thanks, Renee!!

Renee is an Angel! Her saleswomanship is a huge benefit to the company's staff! Additionally, she really goes the extra mile to show customers the storage units with any benefits she can promote to help them. You can tell she really cares about the customers!?

I've been using this storage facility for 10+ years and Renee is the new manager there and is great at looking out for everyone there. She helped me redo our lease on several units and is always around and friendly as can be.

Make sure you are aware of your monthly payment. This company raises the storage after you move in and charges outrageous extra late fees. I would not recommend this company. Renee, the property Manager was informative and nice that is the only positive mention I can give at this point.

Cleanest storage units I've ever used!! The property manager, Renee, deserves all the credit! She was kind and courteous from the beginning to the end. I've utilized storage units between TN, SC and NC. This facility was clean, easy to access, and provided wonderful customer service. Move out was simple and the best surprise, is that when I unpacked my things back into my home, there were no signs of any rodents or pests!!! Keep up the great work Renee, and thank you for taking such great care of everything I own!
