Update: I’d still buy from them again but I am disappointed that they wouldn’t let me return the box spring after my elderly father had fallen trying to get out of bed both nights he had slept on it because it is too high. I’m not sure why they’ll take a mattress (that you actually sleep on) back but not the box spring that doesn’t touch you at all. They did offer to help me sell it. But I still have it now.”

I had a glider bearing fail on a chair that I bought from them ten years ago and they fixed it for me very reasonably confirming my faith in their high quality service. “After a week long fight with Lowe’s trying to get a refrigerator delivered, I got a refund and took my business to American Freight. The service we received was phenomenal. We were able to get an amazing deal on a refrigerator, as well as a mattress, for much less than what we had paid at Lowe’s. We loved that they had so many options available in store and we were able to bring home a refrigerator that night. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so helpful in finding us what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning here for any future appliance purchases.”
