I’m very disappointed on buying in this store , I ordered online and the delivery people were very rude and disrespectful, they were cursing in Spanish in front of my kids that speaks Spanish as well , and they were complaining about where I was going to put the furniture , really bad experience in this company , no buying anything else from here.

Waited an hour for someone to unlock the wheelbarrows so I decided to get my money back and go to home Depot. Got my wheelbarrow in under 5 minutes at home Depot. Will absolutely for no reason at all go back to Lowe's. Absolutely no excuse to take so long to unlock one single lock. But had plenty of time to help everyone else who showed up after me. Heard this location has went downhill fast. Now I know first hand it has.

Purchased a pallet of mulch and a palet of soil for delivery. Paul delivered them on time and in a most professional manner. I always buy full pallets of mulch from Lowe's and I am never disappointed.

Molly in the garden area is a phenomenal employee!!! She shared enthusiasm for my new found love of herbs. Offered tid bits of advice. She is EXACTLY the type of employee that makes a customer want to come back!! Garden center was easy to navigate. Plants were healthy. Sale items rang up correctly. Good job Lowes!

Save yourself the trip and order offline or Amazon for items that you can. Today we were shopping for a new grill. Something that would last a season or two.
Sadly enough, today poor customer service got the best of me. It was a you get bearded fellow trying to lock up right before closing (8PM). I understand it was Fathers Day, but I didn’t choose his job nor make his schedule. His strong discontent and sighs were awkwardly enough, but when he stepped outside the “Exit” door and locked it to make his checks, and it wasn’t “closed” yet, left me feeling as if Lowe’s was doing me a favor by allowing me on their property. So we left.
Frankly, I don’t think many people spend anything over $600 just at stroke in this economy. Than dealing with poor service makes it more advantageous to shop online. Good luck Lowe’s!

I have tried to place two pick up orders for flooring. The first order was out of stock even though the website showed 62 items in stock. The second order, they are taking their time with. It’s been 13 hrs and no progress. I have never had such a poor online experience.

Decent price on things self check out is a joke.no lanes open except self check out and then you are watched like a crook to make sure you don't mess up.
