I opened a debt consolidation loan a couple of years ago with Lendmark and could not have asked for a better experience. The team is helpful when you need them, without constant pressure to refinance. I highly recommend this group.

These ppl are something else wife makes payments by phone but yet they call knowing she cant answer her phone while she is at work they have already been told many many times not to call if need be until after 2 or 3 pm that is when my wife is off work smh ignorance at its best they keep calling while she is at work

I have never dealt with more inconsiderate people than I have at this place. I had fence built on my property and the company that built my fence used these people, I built said fence and it was completely unfit to HOA standards and I had to tear it down. $6,000 wasted. No problem, I rebuilt fence and paid for that out of pocket, made payments on my loan and I have money to pay this off completely at the end of next month when Kimberly, tells me that does not matter at all, if it is not paid by the 10th next month all the payments I made are disolved and the amount goes up to $6,000 again. I have tried working with these people, I just needed the end of June to pay this all off. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and seeing what other options are available. That's ridiculous.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost the check our bank (Bank of America) sent and accused us of not ever sending it. They refused to admit that their outdated, manual system of processing payments could have been at fault. My husband offered to pay off the account entirely and they continued to argue and hung up on him. We contacted the company we purchase through and explained we will no longer purchase from them anymore if they continue to use Lendmark for their financing.
