She has no understanding of brands.its a low end thrift store not a trendy brand shop as she claims the styles are 20 years behind the items I took in was bape supreme and anti social social club the lady there had no clue of the brands... I'm speaking of my experience with your business I'm sorry if it's not what you want to hear but I'm not going to give a untrue or unfair review it's your right to feel as you do but it's my right to post as I had the dealing with this shop I am not a troll or someone trying to hurt your feelings I'm reviewing a shop I had an encounter with it's that simple

Overpriced, found a pair of dunks that were creased and stained on the bottom that only retail for 130, they wanted 80. And I found a jordan puffer that lost its puffiness that retailed for 120 they wanted 70. Now when I think thrift store I think 10-40 dollars.

Katie's was a nice shop with lots of jeans , shirts and jewelry. I bought a nice real stone bracelet for a great price.

I’ve visited all 3 stores & while they’re all great, the Alcoa store is my favorite. Lots of variety, lots of casual & athletic clothes & really low prices. The staff is super nice too! This is the best place to shop!

WHY would anyone want to waste their time shopping at a second hand store where the owner talks about everyone who walks in the door?? Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!! LOUD, RUDE and OBNOXIOUS is extremely annoying and NOT how a business owner should be acting!! Stay away from this place or you'll get talked about! LOL

My daughter has an upcoming event where she will need to have a formal dress and so will I. I looked up this place from google 4 days prior to coming out to the store and had made plans for Saturday to buy our dresses. We were really excited based off of the pictures since it was exactly what we were looking for. We made our way out only to find the store not open during business hours. It was about noon.

I came to Katie’s Kloset 1 month before my wedding on July 28, 2021. I am 58 and wanted a wedding dress but didn’t want to go to a big expensive bridal boutique…we were getting married at a cabin with around 20 guests.
