“My automatic Seiko watch came back after getting a new crystal, from the only "authorized Seiko" dealer in town, dead and not self-winding enough to last more than a few hours. Took it back and the dealer said he "didn't have the tools to open the back". So, I took it to Wilson Jewelers. He not only wound it up in about 10 minutes, he didn't charge me anything. They get all my business in the future.”
