“Visited Floor and Decor today looking for the perfect tile for our new build. We found what we liked but needed help matching the accent tile. We talked to Regan and she shared her ideas and helped us picked out the perfect accent tile. We shopped around a bit more and I went back to her to ask her opinion on one more thing and she was happy to oblige. She was friendly and so willing to help. Good help goes unrecognized most times but she deserves the recognition.”

My latest purchase was an antique Singer sewing machine. Lovingly restored by C & S Refinishing and Upholstery. They were impressed by the high quality of the piece. Worth mentioning this is a family business and another great reason to shop local.”

“Mom and I haven't shopped together for so long... Today she was excited to come, for 2 plus years because of radiation and chemo treatments. She was jazzed to go out with me like we use to. While we were eating lunch this place caught my eye and it helped that the gal at the register recommended.As we entered we saw cool stuff all around, and noted people rented spaces, and each space was fun! Lots of new clothing, signs, hand made items etc... Decorated to draw you into their spaces. Very clean, something for everyone, prices were moderate.”

“They just opened their store (again!) around the corner from where they used to be. I just love going in here and seeing all the different pieces from people all over Knoxville. It’s a cute store with lots of goodies from baby clothes, dog accessories, jewelry, home decor and everything else! I always get cute things as gifts for friends and family from here. Great selection for local goods!The only thing I think this store lacks is a welcoming environment. I’ve never once been greeted when I’ve gone in and they always just stay behind the desk even if you’re the only one in the store.”

“Had Mike for customer service. He was awesome. Being a female I change my mind a lot but he followed me around that store, changed my order about 5 times but I walked out with everything I wanted. He even went into the Kids part of the store and helped me with a gaming table and chair. What a perfect experience and the prices were great. Spent a lot less than I planned. “Until this past 12 months, I shopped TJMaxx and never bothered to try Ross; but that has dramatically changed! Ross has excellent prices , especially after a holiday. I appreciate finding shoes at sensible prices and in my size 11-, which no other store has managed. The difference with Ross is that I find I need to carefully peruse the clothing, as there seem to be poor quality among the finer products. Now, I am shopping ROSS stores BEFORE TJMaxx, which my friends will attest is 'newsworthy'!”
