Our start button was sticking so we took it in to have it looked at. It was determined it needed to be replaced. Harper reached out to our warranty company (extended from when we purchased the vehicle) and worked with them. It didn't cost anything and it was installed quickly. We were back to no worries again and now the button doesn't stick!

Kelly R. in the service department is great! I had a few things to get handled on my Jeep Gladiator and although it was somewhat of a complicated process to get Jeep to approve things under the warranty, Kelly took care of it. I've been to a couple different Jeep dealerships for service and Harper is the furthest one from me, but the trip is worth it. I highly recommend Harper Jeep.

Salesman was great. Felt like we got a decent deal. Although the brand new Vehicle we bought has spots on the hood. Haven’t had time to go back and have them clean it. The finance guy John isn’t great. Arrogant. Plus he put the wrong contact information on my bank documents so the bank couldn’t contact me. Then we agreed to pay a 1000 dollars the next week. John calls
Me leave a voice mail acting like he’s been trying to reach me numerous times which it was the first time he called. I try to return his call 3 times. And he never answers. So I give up. Finally they text me a payment link to pay it. Not sure why they don’t do that in the first place. Instead of calling me acting like I was trying to not pay a 1000 bucks.

I always receive outstanding service when I need repairs on my Ram Truck. Exceptional Service wish such awesome people. They make my dog feel so welcome while I’m in their great waiting area too.

Talked to them for 3 days, they sent car fax great photos, asked about conditions. Drove up 2 hrs saw the car and they had black duct tape covering up rust on the door frames where it had rusted thru. No one said a thing until I got there. The other sales rep and sales manager apologized for any inconvenience. It was the internet dept that dropped the ball.
