I have previously rates 5 stars, I started my wash experience with them at Alcoa when I bought my maverick a few years ago, I've been loyal and also recommended them alot but last several times I've been there the service and quality of the wash inside and out has went so far downhill that I decided to cancel my subscription effective tomorrow after using them exclusively for few years. When Bobby, Eric and Paul and the gang were there, they were great and did a great job but these new people have no idea about customer service and how to do a good job...good luck everyone

I brought the truck in today. Don't bother paying hundreds of dollars for a detail when you can bring it to Harper's for better quality service at a fraction of the cost.
