“I've unfortunately had a couple of issues with my bed during my time as a customer. Every time that I have had any issues, no matter what time, what day, or how busy he was, Jason, the store manger made sure that all of my issues were resolved! Immediately. A couple of nights ago, which was four nights before Christmas, I came to the store because I had an issue with my box spring. Jason fixed the issue Immediately, no questions asked. He had a brand new box spring sent to my house, and installed that very same evening. I am truly touched by his dedication to his employees, and his dedication to customer service.
