I've unfortunately had a couple of issues with my bed during my time as a customer. Every time that I have had any issues, no matter what time, what day, or how busy he was, Jason, the store manger made sure that all of my issues were resolved! Immediately. A couple of nights ago, which was four nights before Christmas, I came to the store because I had an issue with my box spring. Jason fixed the issue Immediately, no questions asked. He had a brand new box spring sent to my house, and installed that very same evening. I am truly touched by his dedication to his employees, and his dedication to customer service. Thank you so much Jason, and thank you so much to Adrian for all of your help as well.

Over priced and took advantage of my elderly parents. They refused to do anything to make it right. Older people beware when shopping with them cause the salesmen will tell you things about their furniture and not follow through after the purchase such as warranty and returns. They don't care about you or their reputation after they take your money!

The experience was terrible!! The salesman had an attitude, very defensive and short when confronted about why our mattress hadn’t arrived. We should have went to Ashley’s where we bought the bed. The deal up front was two weeks the max to receive the mattress. Three weeks and we had to call numerous times and always told something different! Never go and buy anything from them and especially if you are wanting your purchase in a timely manner. The delivery called the day before and said delivery would be between 2-4 the next day, well guess what after 4 we called and the manager had to tell them to deliver it. We asked for part of the delivery fee back since they hadn’t kept their word and once again he tried to explain it away. Being rude in customer service is not good business. Knoxville Wholesale and Ashley’s always came within the window of delivery, even the Spectrum and ADT guys come within the window that THEY PROMISE! Very unsatisfied customer.

You can't go wrong shopping at Fowler's. Jason helped me find the perfect recliner at a great price. Delivery was quick and easy. He and Allen also were quick to offer a solution when I had trouble assembling chairs bought elsewhere. They really care and are a pleasure to do business with. Next time I need anything I will make them my first stop. Great local business!

I ordered a sectional from here on October 4th, and was told it would ship to the warehouse on the 9th, which it did…it was delivered today by two very nice guys, who took the liberty of removing my old sofa for me as well! Every member of the staff was kind and hospitable too! I even called to thank them for delivering a beautiful sectional to me and making the process so easy! Thanks to all of you! I love my new sectional!

Impressed with the customer service and the patience Paul Belcher and folks at Fowlers had!We came later towards closing ,my wife and I were not pressured or pushed in any way they stayed open until we decided. Very thankful for these fine folks!

I was the only customer in the store. The sales person was nice and not overbearing. As I was walking thru the store looking at furniture, I saw the manager sitting at a desk. He never acknowledged my existence and appeared to care nothing about what was going on in the store ( it was a small room). Left a bad impression with me. Was going to purchase a couch and changed my mind.

A furniture store name that has been around her for a long time. If you are looking for furniture groups or just a single piece of furniture you owe it to yourself to stop by and 'give them a try before you buy'.

Fantastic customer service! I emailed desperately needed a sofa after moving into a new apartment. They called me up and found one in stock that was delivered the next day. Amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be buying more stuff from them in the future!
