Signed my grandson up for the birthday thing they offer. They send coupons, tried 3 times this week to use the birthday cake coupon and was told 3 times they don't have those cakes. I asked if I can order it 3 times. All 3 ladies I've spoken with have been so rude about it. Each time they say no they don't have it and no idea when it will be there. There is another coupon for free chips, I was told again that one can't be used. I don't understand why you send these things out if they can't be used. It's false advertising at its finest. Then to be talked to the way I was is absolutely disgusting. If your people aren't happy there, maybe put them in the back where they don't have to deal with the customers..

A lot of time the weekly meal deals don't ring up properly and member card prices often ring up full price. Mgrs seem to fix the issues but it's been going on way too long corp needs to fix the issues

A great exception to Kroger, you really can't get anywhere near the same product, but at least it's not Kroger or Publix, where everything you can find costs at least a dollar and a half too two dollars more. The meat is way better though, and often after holidays you can get exceptional deals on primal cuts...

Gotta say, this new location is really nice. It's big, clean and modernized. They have just about everything. The bakery was stocked with fresh items, the deli had a great selection of hot meals ready to go etc. Highly recommended.
