We usually have excellent service from First Horizon, but the teller at this location was very unfriendly to me while I was trying to deposit a fund to my late father's estate account. You'd think folks could have some compassion when you've lost your father.

The manager Caty Fox is excellent. She’s been in banking forever and can help you with just about anything. She’s also very kind, which is important to me when I send clients over to her bank to be taken care of.

This bank is so unorganized it is pathetic. I had a helock loan on my house. It was paid off almost 3 years ago now I've been waiting 3 weeks and was told it could be another month waiting for a lean release because they didn't do the paperwork right back then..mean while the u haul was lost my electric is off and no water. I should have been gone 2 weeks ago but hey. They don't care. It doesn't effect them at all.

Terrible service, called today at 11 and the branch manager was out to lunch and never returned my call. The branch faxed in paperwork to their HQ and it was never received. I have a mortgage with this company and they seem to Think it’s with another company but when I call it says 1st Horizon. Long story short this branch seems to be the worst of a terrible company all together.

Gosh, we've had this bank for years and never had any problems. It use to be called The Bank Of Maryville many, many years ago, then it changed to The First Tennessee Bank and now it's First Horizon. No complaints about this bank... give them 5 stars!

Found one staff person to be less than helpful I am sorry to say. Parents had banked there for yrs and I had heard only good things so I was disappointed.

First Tennessee Bank is one of the worst banks I've done business with. The staff is courteous and professional but that's the only positive thing I have to say about this bank. Their online system is not the most reliable though it has gotten somewhat better in the last year. But doing things online like adding an outside account for transfers is next to impossible. Their system just does not do what it's supposed to do. I'm currently trying to add an outside account and on my 3rd attempt this week. This bank just seems to be much slower electronically than the rest of the world. Looking for help in their FAQ's is no help. They're written for idiots of something. We've had errors by the bank in deposit amounts that have resulted in real headaches and much work on our end to get them resolved. All of this and they still charge us a monthly fee for the pleasure of dealing with all of this. Things just seem to be a real pain to get done with this bank sometimes. We're now looking around at other local banks to move all of our accounts to when we have time.

great bank and the post office in the same building the staff is great friendly and willing to help u with any of your needs fast service to they understand if u need to get in take care of your business and back to your daily activities they get it my mother and grandfather have used this location for 30 plus years

6 people in line and one operating teller-- in the middle of the afternoon. I should have applied for a job because they need more people. Seriously.
