“We came here for a sports physical for my son. I would give them five stars but they don't accept our insurance. We were still able to do the sports physical though because the insurance doesn't cover that anyway.”

“The sitting area was completely empty and the receptionists (3 of them) were not overly welcoming however the staff in the back made a difference. The doctor and nursing staff were all very attentive and did a great job taking care of me. Dr Herriman was great. Thankfully they do IV fluids at AFC and she was able to start one even though I had started to severely dehydrate.”

“I have never had an actual MD spend so much time in the evaluation room with me. An actual doctor that spends time with his patients is unheard of these days. I am always very satisfied with my PCP, and I HIGHLY recommend him.It is sad to see a reviews saying thing like “he needs to retire and he is a quack”. He is a highly intelligent, respected, and recommended MD. Clearly the good Doc wouldn’t still be in business if he was a hack. If any normal person spends 5 minutes with him, you will quickly see why Blount county has trusted him with our care all these years.”
“ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL - Dr Payne and his whole team are astounding. Good communication from the start, making sure both the patient and the caretaker understand what each medication does and when to take it, diet suggestions and they genuinely care about you.
