Sierra was phenomenal! I upgraded my phone today and she went above and beyond to make sure I got all of my old information onto my new phone! She was awesome! Thank you cricket!

Sierra was FANTASTIC! I am not too savvy on phones and she took her time to explain all my questions. She has excellent customer service, definitely deserves a raise. As long as she works at this location I will keep returning!
