I knew they would be on the list of suggested vendors from my insurance company so I made an appt for an estimate, and before leaving the shop, was able to schedule a time to drop my car off for the repairs. I filed the insurance claim and named Caliber Collision as my choice of location for repairs. Caliber Collision worked with my insurance carrier from that point, and all I needed to do was pay the deductible when I picked up the car. I had planned to be out of town so I didn’t need a rental, and they were able to get my car all finished while I was away. Got back into town and picked up my car the next day. They were very accommodating and responsive.”

“I took my Porsche Boxster to Downtown Autobody to have the bumper and tail light repaired. The right side of my bumper was heavily scratched with white paint and my tail light was cracked around the edges as the result of a car side swiping my parked vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was already finished by Wednesday evening! Communication was excellent, they were super kind and accommodating, and the body work was beautiful. They were also kind enough to wash my car and vacuum it out, leaving my car in pristine condition upon pick up. I would highly recommend Downtown Autobody for any work needed!”
