Screwed me out of the sales tax when I returned the old batteries. They said they don't refund sales tax. That's down right stealing. Whoever heard of a store operating like that.

Excellent service. Prompt and friendly associates. Online order was immediately ready for pickup and helped recycle a box of old SLA batteries before ensure that I received my core refund. Just good old-fashioned retail done right.

I broke my Samsung S21 ultra 5G phone screen yet again! I dropped it on concrete, and it hit flat on the face of the screen. I checked Verizon, Amazon, Walmart, etc... and decided to have the screen replaced again. It is a good phone, and it's better than a contract change and increased phone bill, paying for a $1200 phone. This time, I went to Batteries Plus in Alcoa, TN. I received Great Service from helpful, polite people. It was reasonably priced, especially considering the aforementioned $$$, fast turn around of approximately an hour. You really should check these businesses out! You really can't beat the owners either, really good people! I also got the liquid screen protector ??and a new case ????.

We had a terrible situation with my phone on Tuesday. I left it on the back of my truck and left the house. To make a long story short, wom one found and took off with it. We tracked it to Townsend and the person who took removed my case and screen protector and crushed it when they realized they were caught. I own my own business and everything I need is on that phone. The thought of having to purchase another phone was sickening. Then I talked to Nicholas at this Batteries plus. Can't say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. He immediately said he could help. Just bring in the phone. Turns out they had the OEM screen I needed. Upon arriving at the store, he informed me that that screen was being sent back to the manufacturer. Well, he already had a plan. He was able to move some things around and there was a screen coming in in an hour or two and he would get right on it. Needless to say within two hours phone is tested, repaired and I had it back. What a relief. It would have been a nightmare but Nicholas' professional approach customer service skills prevailed. And the price was much more reasonable than any other outfit we contacted. Great job Nicholas! You made everything so much less stressful. Thanks.

I like this place and always get my battery needs taken care of. Yesterday I went in for a CR2032 battery...that goes into a key fob. Cost was 5-6 bucks. Amazon price 4 pack. $6 .50. Twenty pack $8.42. I guess convenience costs $$%.

Beware - They sold me a broken phone battery which fell apart when I opened the package.When I took it back to the store and tried to exchange it, they said, "How do we know you didn't break it?" and told me to hit the road.Stole $90 from me and refused to take responsibility for it. I will never go back.
