Friday 1.5.24 the staff at Alcoa Auto Zone was knowledgeable and helped troubleshoot. Seriously I mean troubleshoot an electrical problem with my Outback.. great Customer service..

One Lady was very helpful both last afternoon and today carrying in my old battery charging it and found out it was bad and carrying out my new battery today She seems to be on top of everything very energetic and works with positive attitude
