Started out great but little things keep popping up with each visit, which makes me wonder if the quality of workers they get are not the best or are cutting corners. Used to always rotate my tires with each oil change. Didn't do it the last 2 times (I paid attention) and question if they even topped off my fluids, especially when I found out later that my oil life indicator was not reset. There have been a couple other little things, nothing that would not be detrimental, but it does make me question how meticulous the mechanics are and is starting to make me lose confidence. Parker is a great guy so because I like him so well, I am on the fence about going back for more oil changes. The staff do have phenomenal customer service and I would trust them to tell me the truth if they feel something needed to be repaired. I've been a loyal customer for almost 7 years.

Don't get me wrong, the people running AutoPro Alcoa was all amazing (Parker and the boys), BUT I have nothing bad to say about the new guys here. They were so helpful! Sean was amazing giving me all the deals and coupons they have online.
I personally love the online appointment, saved you from calling. And for a Bonus, Roxie the Pitbull is there to entertain you.

I showed up w/out an appointment and Shawn said he had a little time to get a mechanic to take a quick look at my vehicle. We determined it needed a real appointment and scheduled it. Upon returning Shawn was quick to greet me and kept me informed of what the mechanic was doing. We came to an informed decision/solution for my vehicle.
