I appreciate you Marvin, you all did such a great job fixing the dent in the rear & with the hail damage. Plus this was the quickest anyone could hope for in 1 week & 2 days these guys had my car done. I'm very happy to have my baby back and looking good again. Thanks guys.

We would like to say Thank You to these guys for going above and beyond when our family was on our way to vacation in Tennessee and our tire blew out. The man took my tire and got it fixed for us and put it back on. They gave us water and gave the kids popsicles while we waited. They are true angels and we feels so blessed we was in the right place at the right time.

Marvin and his team did a great job repairing my Toyota Highlander after someone rear ended me in traffic. It had significant damage and once I got it back, it looked like it had never been in an accident. They also went the extra mile and had it back to me within 2 days, and had cleaned/vacuumed the inside and washed it. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and communication during the process. They also fixed another vehicle a few years ago and we had the same outstanding results after hitting a deer. I can not say enough nice things about M&M. A semi lost its tire and hit my car damage the whole front end 2 hours away from. Due to the noises it was making it felt unsafe to drive. Tow company picked my car up and recommended M&M. The next morning I received a call that it was drivable, however I felt it was still unsafe. Marvin was so kind and looked at it before I got back on the road. After driving it, he to felt it was unsafe. He said he would fix it for and have it back as quickly as he could. I receive a call 1 week later it’s fixed and ready. I was so shocked!!! I did luck up and it was all cosmetic damages. My car looks BRAND NEW. You can not tell it was ever in an accident. He made sure every seam was lined up perfectly!! Paint matched perfectly. He even cleaned the inside as well. I’m just so happy with the end result! I would recommend M&M to anyone traveling or in the Greeneville area. I’d bring it back to this location if everything ever happened to it again.Service: Body & Trim
