Horrible service!! Connection is down and now all I get when I call to report problem is "The user is not available. Try your call later." I think they turned off their one and only phone. Went by their business address and it's an old vacant building with saddles in it! Will look for another provider.

Unreliable service and no one answers the phone so you have no way to get it fixed.

Speeds less then 1mb, no one will fix it. They keep sending Bill's but no on will return phone calls or emails. Apparently the only guy that kept the system running left over a year ago. Owner decided not to replace him or upgrade equipment. Don't do business with this guy...
