Recently they updated their system which includes among other things online check in. It is my understanding it will expidite the check in process. When I arrived it was super busy but they had a person instructing patients where to go & a number of extra stations set up to handle the additional work load. Overall, they did an excellent job handling the situation.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Hathaway for over 2 years and he has absolute faith in him. He is very straight forward, kind, compassionate and warm. He explains everything thoroughly and takes his time with his patients. Plus the entire staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The medical team did not put in the proper code for my billing and thus my insurance would not cover it. When I confronted them a out my $4,400 bill, they said that it was my fault. I had to go up to the billing department to sort it out finally. The date I had service was in September 2012. I finally got my billing sorted in 2014. Drs are rude!!! especially my old Dr! hung up on me during a phone call!!! walked all the way over there in pain and she wasn't working when she said she had to!!! Reported her and never got a call back when it was promised I would receive a call!!! Highly uncaring and very unprofessional!

Saw Dr. Garry about the removal of a pilar cyst. Great guy. Explained everything so I could understand it and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The med student who removed my stitches. Not so much. Not only did she not check to see if my wound had healed over, she didn't get a second opinion from Dr Garry when she was finished, to make sure she did it right. Came home thinking that my wound had healed and when I went to go wash it and re dress the wound, I saw

I saw Doctor Lori Hansen pulmonologist, she was very nice took time to expain everything and go over test results. I would recommend her to everyone that I kniw who needs someone in her field.
