Most of he people are always friendly. I have only had 1 issue that was trying to update my new number. The person said they couldn't and I had to go online. Online will not update the phone number ( it updates but the store does not recognize it) and she had to call a manager for the manager to tell her she could and told her how, then she told she knew she could just didn't know how. Other than this one incident every time I have been here everyone is nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
