Absolutely horrible customer service,Purchased mifi online and was given this store info to pick up unit, they wouldn't enev let me give her the order number from my account, insisted that I was not at the right store!! Useless at its finest!

Best customer service I’ve had at a Verizon store. Extremely helpful, and explained all the costs and details. Helped us get the best deal for our number of phones. They are super friendly and nice and don’t talk down to the customer.
