Find a used pickup online, went over and decided it wasn't what I wanted. I ended up finding another pickup that they had and bought that instead. Over all I am very pleased. Jackson went above and beyond for me and we made a deal at the end. My only complaint was that they don't allow taxes to be put onto the loan. I've never had a dealer not do this. Either way, I had a good experience and would recommend them. Thanks again Jackson.

I get my car and truck serviced here on a regular basis they always do a good job. Sometimes you may have a bit of a wait due to a lot of customers.

I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion on May 31st 2023..Never buy a Ford from Northtown as they will NOT service it or even acknowledge you as a customer[sales Shawn]or even empathize with you [Tanner the manager]. When I bought it I had a display screen that worked,radio,backup camera. Tried to get phone to sync. [Kept reverting back to old Iphone s and wifi of previous owner. ] Should have never taken off the lot until diagnostics was done. June 16th I came out to start the car. No display screen,it was completely black.Sent pictures of screen while car was running[to Shawn with a voice message to Please call.. No response from ANYONE. periodically the display would come on and I got to listen to the radio. Called owner[Tanner;as they are individually owned] explained I have no display screen and they should service it. Didnt empathize or say he was sorry to hear that NOTHING..Just switched me to service. Saba said they could do a diagnotics on it BUT..couldnt get me in until Jul3 [conviently 3 days after Lemon Law 30 day buyers remorse. Got it back, said some modules they couldnt get into because they were Ford. Tuesday I came out to start it and NOTHing. Being a Holiday[July 4th} i didnt call. July 5th. I called and Saba said "we dont have anyone that can Help you get the car open,youll have to call a locksmith. So.. I said 'let me get this Straight, I bought the car from you BUT you can not service it? Response:Im,m sorry BUT its a ford.They had completely depleted the battery and had to call AAA to tow to Ford Dealership. Took a complete day for batttery to even take a charge.0 is not an option for Star rating SO...

I bought a 2017 equinox on June 4 on June 19th my car broke down on the side of the interstate. This was 15 days after I bought the vehicle and put less the 1500 miles on the car. I was told on June 20th I had coverage and a warranty and everything would be covered and fixed. On June 21st my car was serviced and it was reported to me I had no warranty or none of the paperwork was submitted. I talked with finance and they told me they would look into it later that night they said I did have the 3 month 3,000 mile coverage and it would all be fixed on the 22nd. Come the 22nd it was reported it was all taken care of and all the paperwork was sent off so my car should be ready to go!! 7:35am on the 23rd I get a call that the service department where my car is at called the warranty people and they said my warranty expired due to miles and the miles were listed at the same miles I bought my car at!!!! I have never had this much problems with a dealership or a new car!! Today is the 23rd and I'm still without my vehicle and don't really want to work with this dealership again!
