I want to thank the staff at HHS for an awesome experience and helping me with my first adoption. These ladies at HHS are some of the most compassionate professionals that truly love animals and provides them with the best care and love while they're in the shelter. I met 4 beautiful dogs today that were incredibly happy fur babies. I am deeply in love with my beautiful girl Nova. As an avid Pitbull lover, I found the right girl who is the most sweetest Pitbull that I've ever had the privilege of meeting. She stole my heart and it was truly love at first sight when she entered the room. I had butterflies in my stomach when I seen her. I'm sitting on my couch at home with a huge smile watching her explore her new home as I'm typing this. Thank you to everyone at HHS for everything you do for these sweet guys and girls. God bless you ladies and God bless all fur babies. Keep up the amazing work and I will be here to continue to help support your mission.

I recently had to rehome my dog. The Heartland Humane Society assures me that my pets won't be mistreated and they really do provide the very best and go above and beyond for pets when they need to go to a different home.
