this review is not about a particular storefront. it is about the constant fighting with this company to deliver to the front door as requested instead of in full view of the street and possible theft. then when you call you have to argue and prove there's a problem. i am in pins and needles every time i see they're delivering and turn on my ring alert and pull up there web site to watch for progress of delivery and watch my email. and while i can understand a business using these trash since they're cheap! i have truly had it having my neighbor having to deliver the box to my door so its not stolen because some lazy incompetent did it once again because he has no honor or integrity or business savy.

Finally found a full service Fedex. Many other places are drop off only. For my return item, the clerk said Fedex will not return shoeboxes. It needs to be in a sturdier box, so I had to pay eight dollars for packaging. I don't think I will use third party Walmart anymore even though they cover return "shipping." The staff were helpful.

Passport photos are quick and easy with this clean and inviting location with helpful staff. However, they are $16, which I think it is a bit steep for what they are. That's just my opinion.

Highly recommend. I'm super illiterate with printing and docs management and Rachel was amazing. Such great customer service, friendly, helpful. Will come back just for her!

they dont send free shipping supplies they said since i seen no online purchase meaning sending packages ...i sell on ebay not fed ex ups and usps will send you free supplies shipping is expensive

I use this place often through my job, and today is the first time I received horrible customer service. I am usually greeted upon entry, but since I wasn't this time I left my things at the desk and let the woman continue to finish what she was doing. Another customer walked in and was greeted. I Kindly let her & the associate know I had been waiting for service. The Associate who was an older woman with grey hair tries to help the other woman first anyway. When I wouldn't allow it she asked for my ID then got the manager said I have a problem with her, she didn't want to help me. After I came back with my ID the manager took my personal address for an item that wasn't even being sent from me but my boss (whose Address I had) This is by far my worst experience at this location. Rude, & violating.
