Me wife started a plan with cricket the customer service was amazing and got everything we needed done .I had TMobile and it was the worse service we have ever had cricket rocks !!!!

The new manager is very rude the staff is not properly trained literally kicked us out of the store at 6pm on the dot even though I was there at 5:00pm. And we were not done.. plus our phones were not ordered like we were told.. and more very disappointed we have 5 lines though cricket and after this we will not return!!

Came in for a SIM replacement which was a 30 mile drive, Bonnie rushed the process and didn’t do it right. Had to drive another 30 miles the next day and they made me pay for the replacement again, terrible service. Pretty sure they’ll hire just about anyone.

I had originally ordered a phone through Vermillion's cricket store. It was days later that I had not received a call so I called myself to see the updates on the phone I ordered online to find out that they closed down and moved to Yankton. So I had to reorder my phone to Yankton. Yankton called me immediately when my phone was in to come pick it up and I drove the 30 min. drive to find out it was not even the phone I ordered and they still expected me to purchase the phone after I drove 30 min to purchase a specific phone I ordered. They then added a new SIM card to my account which cancelled my current phone's service, which I'm now having difficulties with and have to wait till my new phone comes in.

I went in to re-activate my previously used cricket phone and the person we dealt with seemed to be under the influence of something, had to spell my last name out 4 times and I'm sure the person got the email wrong because I never got the email survey either, nothing was mention about the direct tv which then in turn was supposed to equate to 3 free months, person was friendly but didn't seem to completely know what she was doing, never told me all my charges until she had activated the phone and then says oh yeah there's a 25 dollar activation fee? after all was said and done would have been nice to be told this before it was all said and done I wish I was made aware of it, made me feel like I was stuck with it because every thing was already complete and everything came out to almost 80 bucks just to re-activate my phone
