Went there this evening. Had a horse in a trailer that I hauled from Kansas. Needed half a bucket of water for the horse. Employees behind the counter had to ask for manager. He said no and walked back to the kitchen. Then I asked where gallon jugs of water are. They didn't know. Couldn't find any. Bought 2 sandwiches, no mayonnaise packets. I work for a bigger truck stop then yours and you guys wouldn't cut it. Zero stars if I could give them.

Coffee section is a joke. One of their "cappuccino" machines has had an out of order sign on it for months. Just picked up a cup of hot water out of one of their regular machines, I did select salted caramel coffee out of their "fresh beans" machine. Didn't realized it was hot water instead of coffee until I tried to take a drink and the cup folded on itself and managed to dump a 1/4 of it into my lap.Only had about 10 french vanilla creamers, full bucked of 1/2 and 1/2, barely anyone uses their off brand version. Other 2 flavored creamer buckets were empty.Biscuit from my sausage egg cheese sandwich was broken into pieces on the top and bottom, ended up eating the sausage and egg by themselves and found the centers were still cold.This particular Casey's has been looking like this for about a 2 weeks now in the coffee area. I'm gonna just go to Hy-Vee since these people don't want to earn my money anymore.Very sad, used to be one of the best gas stations in town. Whatever changed, it was a bad idea.

Short staffed always, bad management. Dude making the subs walks around without shoes and picks at his feet. He also picks his nose while making wraps and salads.

This new place needs new management geesh! Coffee machines are not ready, no cups or lids. I stopped getting anything inside and get gas only.
