“I thought I needed a new refrigerator when mine quit cooling . I went to Karl’s appliance and ordered a new one and then.They had already brought the new refrigerator to my home only to find through no fault of theirs it was the wrong size so they ordered a different one snd in the meantime we found out my refrigerator just needed a new fan The manager Russ was totally understanding and said he would refund my money. The delivery men were equally understanding. Thank you to the wonderful customer service !! I will always take my business to them!!!
