Bought a pickup December of 2022. It's July of 2024 and I haven't received a title still. Collected from his bond company but didn't cover the price of the pickup. Will end up in court to get my money back. Don't recommend.

Probably the worst car service I’ve ever had. 1st thing that the whole frame of my 2001 Jeep that they claimed was not rusted but my brother is a auto mechanic and he said that one could have died in it.2nd was the service with being able to get us the title before the dealer tags expired it literally took the 7 week to get us the title. We thought about talking him to court but we decided that we didn’t want to sue

I‘m not sure about all of these 1 star reviews claiming they are horrible at responding. We bought a car from them and it has been easy to contact them after the sale. They have helped me out with minor issues/questions I have had the very same day I texted in.Easy to work with, laid back, and great customer service in my experience! I don’t buy new cars often, but I would do business with these guys again!Thank you!

Absolutely terrible service. Lied to us about the vehicle we purchased and claimed to have ordered a new hood latch for us. About a year later, we have yet to receive said hood latch and we are forking out money to repair what C&M claimed to have already repaired.

Bought a 2000 Honda Accord from them almost a year ago for my son and was told that the timing belt had been replaced. Having some work done on it now and timing belt is the original one and very cracked.

Be careful. They sold us a car and claimed that they had it in good order. They claimed they looked over the car. A month after buying the car and after putting new tires on it, the tires were completely shredded. We took it to a shop and they had advised us that the cars frame was completely rusted out and refused to put tires on it as it was very unsafe to drive. My fault for not having it checked over but there fault foe lying about its condition. Would caution anyone who buys a car here to have it checked out independently. They also claimed they would make it right but then never returned a single phone call after multiple attempts to contact them. Very bad business!

Poor at contacting buyer after vehicle was brought back in to get work done to it. Fails to answer phone in multiple occasions. Mailbox is full so u can’t leave a message for him to call u back.

Terrible. Nearly un responsive. Waited forever for title to come. Purchased truck sight unseen . My mistake paid over book because the truck was supposed to be a 9 out of 10. Cm auto represented it as such. Pay local dealer to go pick it up over 200 miles away. Brakes are shot. Oil leak from passenger side head. Leaks oil on exhaust y pipe so it constantly smells like burnt oil. Rust coming through paint. Interior door panels rattle like crazy. I could go on. Gave him chance to make it right. Would not respond to texts or phone calls. Local dealer called him every week with no response. Absolute crook. Don't do buibusin with them ever. I learned the hard way.
