I have purchased multiple cars over the last 3 years and LOVE not having to pay full retail price for cars. Autoplex is knowledgeable and their staff is always there to answer my questions. I would highly recommend doing business here!

I just bought a wonderful "new" car from Ken at Autoplex! I have never met any person who works harder to make sure that I have the right car for me. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers!! This is my 2nd car I've purchased from him and I will no longer go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!

I have been buying from Ken for well over 10 years now and I wouldn't dream of doing business when it comes to my vehicles with anyone else. It's refreshing to walk into a business especially a car business and know that they're not trying to just "get" your money or a sale. Ken is a very honest, knowledgeable, down to earth, and a very personable business owner to work with. I know when I ask Ken about a vehicle, the pros and cons, I know I'm going to get a straight answer - not an answer to sway me to buy or for him to just make a sale. There's nothing hidden, he lays it out there like it is and if he doesn't know something (which is rare) he doesn't pretend to do so, he makes sure to find that answer from someone who does know. He always goes above and beyond and makes it as smooth as possible from the time you purchase till the time you pick up your vehicle looking and smelling brand new!! He pays attention to small details and works hard to deliver a vehicle to you the way I feel he would expect to pick up his own. I've never had an experience with him or the business that didn't completely surpass my expectations!! I would HIGHLY recommend Autoplex and asking for Ken or Keith to anyone - in fact my friends and family are all very satisfied customers of theirs as well!!

Ken, the owner is a crook! I bought a car over the phone, after traveling 2 hours and inspecting it in person, it ended up having frame damage when the listing said "no frame damage". He wouldn't even give me my money back! He refused to work out a deal. Very rude, vulgar man. Horrible businessman.
