Exceeded my expectation of this type of lodging. It is older, however it was very clean. My room was cleaned between 1st & 2nd nights. Major hotels don't even do this on 3 day stay stay.

Nothing fancy about the rooms but they are always clean, inexpensive, and the owners are friendly.

She was very friendly, room was very small but very clean, the a/c take long to refresh in a day time, l work night shifts and in a day was hard to sleep because the curtains was to light, need a block light ones and l can hearing the TV with the a/c on and that not was fun.
