“The rooms were as expected and clean. The location is great, right off the interstate. This was a stop along the way on a longer trip. What really set this hotel apart was their service! I cannot give them enough credit for going way above and beyond. My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal behind. They held on to it for several days until we could return, and gave it back with a customized note that made my daughter’s day. This is in addition to extreme friendliness from everyone working at the front desk. Exceeded expectations by a mile!!”

“A very nice place to go that contains a Minerva‘s restaurant and is attached to a hotel. We had our business meeting here all day long and we’re giving great service the Wi-Fi was decent and I really have no complaints about this place so if you need to host an event I would strongly suggest the Watertown event center.”

“Overall, we had an excellent experience at this hotel and casino! We got the sweet and it was very clean and one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in! The breakfast buffet with the builder omelette bar was great and definitely worth the price! We expected it to be much more expensive than it was! every staff member we encountered was very friendly and very helpful! We just wish the machines were set to pay out higher as it seem like nobody was really winning much at all! Even games that we have played at many other casinos that typically pay out or not.

Rooms: The rooms are very nice! We got the king suite and the jet was very clean. It had a living room separate from the bedroom, so that was super nice! Everything was clean and the bed was beyond comfy! They even provide water in the fridge for you!

Food and drinks: We did have their breakfast bar and that was 100% worth the money! It was only about $13 a person and they had many options, including French toast, mini donuts, hashbrowns, corn beef hash, and a build your own omelette bar!”
