“Something from a Simi hit me a few weeks ago and Abra got me in through my insurance super quick! The second I got my car into the shop they gave me a loaner, which unfortunately someone hit me in and they were so understanding and great through the whole process, it doesn’t sound like much but Watertown Ford has been awful customer service before with me being a woman and 21 years old.
