Stopped in while driving through. Very friendly place and the people were extremely nice. A must place for veterans to stop in.

Nice building for events. Large in size with a full bar area.

The service is great, but if you sit at a certain table you will be asked to move because it is for a few regulars that shoot pool. If you want to shoot pool you will be told the table is spoken for because the same regulars only use that specific table (they throw a fit when they can't use THEIR table) if you're not a regular don't waste your time, if you are a member consider a different post.

Great Post and Bar. Friendly folks (bartender and members). I mentioned that I was from Evanston IL Post 42 and was treated like one of their own. Great beer selection and inexpensive too. We traded plates and I can now add Post 17 as my go-to tap in Watertown.
