“I was shocked to see the rating when I got on this site specifically to write about the wonderful experiences I have had recently at this bank. Maybe its a whole new group, but these folks rock! They are so friendly and helpful, and let me tell you, they have gone "above and beyond for me" at least three times . . . in less than a month. First I met Corey, and I was desperate to get a copy of a cashier's check that I had gotten from a branch on the other side of the country in 2013. All the information I had was the date I had withdrawn the funds to pay for it from my account. It's a long, heroic, story, but I got a copy of that check, and it saved me from the IRS. (Now, when it's the IRS's turn to get reviewed . . . ) Then I met Matt, whom I told that I had started working with an investment banker in another state a while back, but things got complicated, I moved and we never finished what we started, but I really needed to get that finished. Matt could have grabbed the business, but instead he helped me get back in touch with her and the plans she and I had made are now in place. And then there's Cassie, I think she's the manager, really nice and helpful. She helped me with some long distance cashier's checks, patiently calling another branch and working with her counterpart there to help me get the checks that I wanted, to the people I wanted to get them. Folks, I believe in great customer service, and this group of employees delivered. And I shouldn't fail to mention the nice drive-up window lady who always chats pleasantly with me as I do my more routine bank business . . . and always wishes me a "great day!"”
