Jaye is by far the kindest and most helpful person to work with!! She always prints everything on time, responds to emails very quickly and does an amazing job with each project that I send her. Highly recommend working with the Vermillion, SD UPS store, as Jaye and her team are tremendous! THANK YOU!!

Love this UPS store. It is spotlessly clean and the manager Jaye Morgan is super fast and efficient. She wears a pin that states "happiness is my goal". They have never messed up an order yet. Customer service is a tough job and this store is doing a good one providing friendly service.

Never disappointed! Each time I visit, I am greeted by friendly staff and a bright, uncluttered store. Staff are always helpful and explain my options thoroughly. I am so happy we have other mailing options in our town; the UPS store is a great addition to our community.

Usually very helpful, but they do close early from time to time when there’s a few inches of snow. This is something you will need to plan around. The posted hours on Google Maps is not updated to reflect this. Since it’s the only UPS drop off in Vermillion, this means you should call first or use USPS if you need timely shipping when it snows.

My package was delivered to My neighbor's house next door in the back. I live on the front side of this duplex if I'd hadn't went around to pull my garage out to the curb I've wouldn't have even seen it just laying there in the grass. Y'all have got to do better, if you have a new driver just make sure he or she learns these addresses up here in Vermillion South Dakota #Please

I rarely do reviews, but this was so ridiculous. The lady at the front counter was short with me and the price to mail 2 iPhones was $50. How is that possible?!?! I should have just walked out, but I felt pressured to just get my items shipped. I tried to ask why the price was so high or if there were any viable alternatives and the front desk lady basically said "not unless you don't want your phones covered in the case they are lost/damaged". I made an attempt to make my own packing solutions to cheapen up the price a bit and I was haggled the whole way. Now I just feel manipulated into paying. I highly doubt I'll ever go to the Vermillion UPS ever again and I will probably have a twitch in my eye any time I see the UPS logo on a storefront. The bottom line is that either the prices are way too high or this lady coerced me. Either way, I'm not pleased with the price or the customer service. 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option.

Nice people that work there great customer service. No matter if I go there in the morning afternoon or evening. to go mail off a package they do not create the label intell the next day even though they market for that day that I paid for it. Now my deliveries are a day late every time.I would highly recommend using fedex.I know they don't have a store in vermilion South Dakota. but it is worth it if you need your package there in a timely manner.
