This ups and every other ups are the worse they lie about delivering packages but never do. I am sitting at my front door at the porch for 4hrs no one every show up or even drives pass but yet I get a text saying the had a issue delivering the package to my address these people will make you go crazy try usps fedex or even carrier pigeons its better than these clowns.

Long waits in line.Rude, slow, lazy, arrogant employees.Expensive for the slow deliveries.Lots of lost (probably stolen) packages.Difficulty in tracking packages online. USPS offers faster deliveries for lower prices, at least in my experience.

I have had various problems with UPS for years, but this last one is the straw. I ordered a part for my broken dishwasher from a great company that ships same day. I placed the order on Thursday (09/29/2022) and the company shipped it out that same day. Unfortunately, they used UPS instead of FedEx. On Friday (09/30/2022) the package showed in transit to UPS facility in New Castle, DE. I live in Dover, DE. On Saturday (10/01/2022) the tracking info on UPS' site showed Received at 6:13am, Processing at 6:18am, and Out For Delivery at 9:18am, with a delivery time before 7pm. I took my dishwasher apart so that I could install the part as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately, the part did not arrive at all yesterday. As of 11pm, it was still showing as Out For Delivery by 7pm. This morning, I checked and no part. The tracking info on the UPS had been changed from Out For Delivery to On The Way with a new delivery date of tomorrow (Monday 10/03/2022) by 6pm. I called UPS and the rep was less than helpful, giving me all the information that I had already seen for myself on the site. I had to keep telling him that it was showing as Out For Delivery yesterday and the info had simply been changed by UPS. He said it was not possible to just change the information in the computer. I said that it obviously could be because it was. I received no message of delay or any update whatsoever, although I have a UPS account and all updates are supposed to be texted to me. He kept apologizing (which was useless) and said someone would call me tomorrow (which is even more useless), and now I have to put my dishwasher back together again until tomorrow. I have told the company I ordered the part from to always use their alternative shipping method and never UPS. In the past, UPS is notorious for leaving my packages at my neighbor's house when my house number is prominent on the front of my house. On one of these multiple occasions, we had to move multiple packages one day that contained patio furniture from next door to our own yard. The next time was to move a box with a birdbath inside. These boxes were very heavy. This last blunder is just the cherry on top of a dysfunctional sundae. If you are a business reading this, and you care about your customers, do not ship via UPS. Correct delivery is the exception to their rule of incompetence.

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had in my whole life. I was picking up a package for my roommate, I had him on FaceTime and he showed proof of our residency, and they still denied our package. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

THE WORST!! Delivery drivers steal packages all the time. This center doesn't hold anyone accountable. They would let drivers get away with murder. They should all be fired. It's a shame we are forced to put trust in these unprofessional, untrustworthy, deceitful people.

Quick and friendly service. The girl who answered the door was very friendly and was fast to go retrieve my package. The man who brought it to me was also friendly and very polite. Could not ask for better customer service.

I have had packages sit at your station for days and not be delivered. Now today i expected 2 packages only one was dropped off and had some message on my tracking about not leaving because of my directions to leave. I had no directions and need that package asap. Now i wait until when to get this package??? Very angry in Tyndall SD

Sorry, but $10 for a notary? And you don't even tell me its $10 before you complete the notary? Im almost certain its illegal to even charge for a notary anyway.

Wherr do I begin let me just say HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I visited a local UPS store at 37th Spruce. The person(s) identified let me start with Micchael O. totally unprofessional, no greeting just very shrewd for a better word. Just not a welcoming atmosphere from the two gentlemen representing uour company. Nate like really his whole disposition that he just does not want to work. The way he speaks to customers, not even saying please or thank you jyst uhhhh Sit the item there. Not to mention he had no name tag on. I had to ask Michael his name and he too was afraid to state it. Bottom line the 2 donot represent UPS at all and its quite sad. I think it is truly important to let all necessary parties know they your staff needs major training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Its hard when your having a bad day :) and i know the UPS drivers here where i live ... I was going through my security video trying to find where he dropped off my package lol.. And my door bell rang.. He said it was at the same address but it changes north to south at Main ... I have the same address and my neighbor to the north ...
These guys and gals deserve a big break from time to time :)
As i also deliver a rather big route myself.. But i deal with Tires all kinds of them !!
UPS drivers work very hard .. So be kind youll never know what kindness you receive back ..

I just paid over $200 to ship a package from Madison MS to Katy TX overnight. It was scheduled to be delivered no later than 9 am the next morning. It didn't get there until 6:48 pm, ten hours later. The delivery time was guaranteed. So I requested a refund. I was told there are no refund it the plane had mechanical problems. How do I know that was the problem, I was not alerted that shipment was delayed. I see why ups is rated one star. I would rate them zero if I could. I'm not using them again.
