Long waits in line.Rude, slow, lazy, arrogant employees.Expensive for the slow deliveries.Lots of lost (probably stolen) packages.Difficulty in tracking packages online. USPS offers faster deliveries for lower prices, at least in my experience.

The crew here was awesome in helping me out with a delivery. They went above and beyond and I can't express enough how much I appreciate their hard work. Thanks guys!!

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had in my whole life. I was picking up a package for my roommate, I had him on FaceTime and he showed proof of our residency, and they still denied our package. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
