Great customer service! I first called to get more info and the receptionist answered all of my questions. I needed a unit with very short notice and she was able to get me one available the next day.

I needed a unit quickly and was able to get in, their customer service was above standard!! I appreciate the help they gave when setting up my rental unit!! It was a perfect transaction and unit was easy to access. Will rent from them again!! Thank you East River Storage!!

My things were in the unit for less than a month and mice got into everything! Highly do NOT recommend these units. Also the first unit they assigned us had other people's stuff in it.

"Booking a unit" online doesn't actually book you a unit, they take it as a "reservation" and only keep it for 7 days before you lose it. You need to come in within those 7 days and fill out paperwork to "rent" your unit. Needed a storage unit to put stuff while moving to Vermillion, booked a unit weeks ago, and now, no unit. I'm sure it's fine if you live there, but for us, no good.
