Few months ago I asked them about moving out and their representative told me a 30days heads up was fine. Today I called to doubled check that they had received our heads up since we had called them earlier in the current month and are moving out in a few weeks and the lady on the phone just blew up. She did not even give me a chance to explain that we had spoken to them she just started shouting at me, talked all over me, put me on hold and came back angrier, and ended up hanging up on me after shouting some more. She said her name was "Gwen", I could be wrong but she may be the owner. At any rate, She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Her blow-up was uncalled for and just very unprofessional.

They do nothing... period and when they do show up to repair something they leave it half finished then they say it is complete..and the work that was done could have done better by some carpenter kindergartens

We just sold and bought a new home through Dakota Realty. Parker was awesome to work with- both knowledgeable and approachable! He went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly and timely. We had an accepted offer within 2 days of listing our home. Highly recommend :)

Once we move out of there Apartment they just pass false statements for other landlords if they call them for any background verification. Hate this management. A small false statement just not let us take the Apartment we wish for. Worst people ever.

Trouble. They are doing most differently after you signed with them. And All faults will be yours. They are always right. I am asking for paying extra and have enough time doing moving. They said yes before and kept checking with them keeping pushing me to wait for at least all the plans I finished, they changed their mind and asked me only move the last late afternoon doing stuff, and changed my vocation plan. For others, be careful with them. Not as friendly as the smile they give to you.

Barb Iacino is my landlord for another 10 days and I have nothing but praise for her. The house we are renting was purchased by her shortly before we moved in and needed some work done due to city regulations. Barb did her best to let me know when workers would be out, whenever I called or some to her in her office about an issue she was picking up her office phone and calling someone to come get the issue fixed immediately. My husband's job is relocating us out of South Dakota and she has gone above and beyond to find someone to take over the property so we can get our deposit back. If we weren't moving I would continue renting from Barb.

They lost my first deposit, threatened to evict if I didn't bring in another 1,100. If you expect any of your deposit back after you move out you can expect it to never get returned. Realtors stole deposit and charged for damage done from previous tenant. Also, even if you have proof like pictures, theybwill disregard and still charge you for damages. House infested with bed bud before move in, and they refused to give back any deposit andwill charge extra. They are completely unorganized and very unprofessional!

I would give these guys worse than a singular star but unfortunately, it won’t let me. Called 4 days in a row to get snow removed. Land lord comes and half ass’d the sidewalks and the parking lot looks horrible with slush and snow, never iced once. They own the apartments over as well and they took care of their parking lot no problem. I understand I was a bit mean on the phone to the receptionist, but she hung up on me. So do with that information as you will in regard to how they care about their tenants. Also if they do the walks, that also legally binds them to take care of the parking lot too.

Everything was great until it came to returning my deposit. They had my friend sign a lease and move in immediately after I moved out. We discussed the process of cleaning and decided that since she will move in right away I will do all the cleaning. They had my friend do the inspection and everything went fine. They took her deposit for the apartment May 18th and have since refused to return my deposit. It’s now June 24th and I still don’t have my deposit. When I called to ask about it they said ma’am we have to do the cleaning of the apartment and maintenance before we return the deposit. That is just an absolute lie because the new tenant is already moved in and living there. They already took her deposit and her rent so I am not exactly sure why they are saying such thing. This has been absolutely horrendous experience and they will be getting reported to the BBB.

My daughter have rent the apartment and her lease expires on may 31 th, she move on may 6th and her friend have signed new contract with them and come in apartment on may 10th, they said that deposit will be back to my daughter because her friend is give them new deposit, today I receive the letter that they don’t going to send the deposit util finish cleaning apartment!
