Erik, Trey & Brody were awesome! We didn’t end up buying a vehicle because the wife wanted a Tacoma but they didn’t try to pressure us or anything and were super fair with the trade in. I wish they had the vehicle we wanted because these guys are solid dudes who deserve the business.

We purchased a vehicle from them and unfortunately within 2 weeks the vehicle had to undergo some significant repairs for part failure. After that we were very uneasy about the car. They listened to our concerns, and offered to take the vehicle back on trade for the price we paid. They were under no obligation to do anything as the vehicle (like most used cars) was sold as is. We are grateful they worked with us on a solution that all parties found acceptable.

I had been looking for a 2019-2020 Ford Ranger for awhile with specific features. I had looked at a few but most dealers wouldn't give fair value for the truck I had which was in excellent condition. Went to Sioux Empire Automotive & had one of the best experiences that I've had with a car dealership. Dealt with salesman Trey, Sales Manager Brody & GM Taylor. All of them were very easy to work with - no games to play. They showed me what they could offer on my truck which was very fair. They let me take the vehicle for a couple hours to consider it. Once I decided to buy it, all the paperwork was done in 30 minutes. No high pressure extra warranty sell. Fantastic experience!!

Bought a 2013 f150 3.5 ecoboost about three months ago, waited to put about 5000 miles on it to leave a more accurate review. Truck was suffering from common problems associated with this model and engine. Sioux Empire repaired all these issues at no extra cost to me. The only issue that concerns me with the truck is rusting out rocker panels (known issue with supercabs) but salesman did not try to hide this during the purchase, and other than that I absolutely love the truck. Felt these folks were very upfront with me, absolutely no pressure to buy, and I found the pricing to be competitive as well as devoid of any hidden fees. We will go to them first when we look to replace my wife’s car.

My son bought a compact truck from them a little over a week ago. When we picked it up the salesman didn’t set his alarm and didn’t make it to work by 9am so he wasn’t even there. We were told the truck would be washed and filled with gas. The outside was dirty and only had a half tank of gas. The lazy salesman said to remedy this my son could bring the truck back, which would be an hour out of his way, and he’d wash it and fill it up. I suggested they could just mail my son a gas card to make up for it. It’s been a week and we haven’t seen or heard from them since. Bad customer service.

Absolutely amazing experience with this dealership. They have a very impressive selection of quality and luxury cars, trucks, and SUV's. The office is clean and very well kept with a very low key atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend talking with Brody as he was my salesperson, he was super friendly and polite to me and my fiancé which made me comfortable from the moment we first spoke. He had zero pressure behind his approach and that was absolutely refreshing to say the least. The BMW crossover that we decided to go with had just arrived so they took it in to have it inspected right away. They had everything on the vehicle in perfect order before I purchased it and Brody worked with me on the price which felt completely haggle less and more like he wanted to get me a good deal. Salesmen are nice, cars are good but have weird cost cutting measures (like 6year old tires with double patch repair making it unsafe for highway trips) and cracked body parts. Doesn’t really make sense to cut costs where they do, but I guess it works for them. I like the idea of one price, but only if it’s set fairly. Having to buy new tires on a new car was stressful. I like the guys here, but I’d definitely get your car inspected somewhere else before buying

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!I purchased a 60,000 vehicle from this place and after I had requested an initial inspection the dealership came back with what needed to be fixed. They supposedly fixed what was needed but then while doing that broke other items on the vehicle during the process and did not disclose any of that information to me. I had to bring my vehicle back to them more than once as the items that were supposedly fixed still were not. The dealership then decided to take the vehicle down to Omaha to Onyx and have them service it. While there Onyx found about 10,000$ worth of damage and Sioux Empire denied to have all of that fixed. Sioux Empire also decided it was not important to disclose any of that information to me and returned the car stating everything was good after I had asked what Onyx in Omaha found. Now I am stuck with fixing 10,000$ worth of damage on the vehicle that Onyx told me Sioux Empire denied to do when they brought it down to have it fixed. With that Sioux Empire is NOT willing to own up to this and says they did nothing wrong. Not willing to help the customer out, not willing to hear our concerns, pay for their mistakes and really they don’t care about much. Look for someplace that is willing to help you, backs the vehicles they sell and listens to the needs of the customer. Do Not Buy From Them - you may not get what you are expecting!!! I will NEVER buy anything from this place again and if I could leave negative stars times 10 I would!!! Worst customer experience I have ever had!

I am giving one star and this is stretch for this business. Be very aware and stay as far away as you can. As a young woman I had a horrible experience with a finance gentleman named Brad. Let me tell you, if this is how this man talks with women, please beware as he will demean you and treat you like trash. I asked a question about pricing as we were looking at spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle that was overpriced. He jumped down my throat and told me, "it is what it is." He explained that because they actually took care of the car that is why it's priced that high. Everything that I asked was completely disregarded. HORRIBLE customer service and wow, what a sad environment. All of this was done in front of my 18 yo son. What a great example on how to treat women and other human beings in general! The ONLY positive thing I can say is, we got to work with a salesman named Daren and he is fantastic. What a caring and wonderful person! This is the ONLY positive aspect about this business. Bring your money somewhere else, quickly!!!
