Wonderful secretary. The business card has no address and the phone number on back of the card does not go to him. There was a lack of communication.The owner told me the wheel bearings were loose, which I had already had that done a month earlier. You can’t tell that unless you put it on a hoist. He looked at it on the driveway and made that determination. That’s when I became Leary, Michigander just passing through.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. No morals and no integrity. They don't even deserve one star. Charge for services not performed. Go through your personal things. Do not use this so called business. So much more I could say.

I had my truck towed to Northern Lights Diesel Repair and the customer service was terrible. Abe, the owner, was rude and unprofessional. I was not shown detail or parts of the work performed and therefore unsure if I paid for work really done! The truck was taken in for "transmission" issues and was charged for an air filter? I was quoted a price, given 4 different estimates and attempted to have me pay in advance for work that I had not been done yet. Stay away from this company! Fuel was removed from the truck, had 3/4 of diesel that morning when the truck broke down, truck was towed to the shop! See photo of fuel gauge after getting truck back. :(

replacing the starter cost 4200
It looks very strange on your part that you answered like that, I didn’t write anything bad towards you. You changed the starter, which costs 500, if you had charged 1000 for the work, I would have thanked you very much!!!!

Rebuilt my Detroit 14L motor. Drove it 1000 miles, found the cam shaft cover bolts had backed out almost to the point of falling off. They did pay the labor to fix it at my shop in Tennessee. Had to replace #4 injector. Have oil leaking from the head gasket and it’s using water. All within 10,000 miles of overhaul. They won’t respond to the head gasket problem. I would not recommend these guys. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they did get me in quickly. Other than that I’ll never be back there.

I have been to lot repair shops for my truck over the years. By far the guys perform one of the best services by far. I would use this shop to repair all my equipment. My only regret is they don't have a shop in my home town. Very honest people to deal with. From my latest experience in Sioux Falls, don't bother using the big shops, they were going to rip us off being we were out of towners. These guys stepped up and got us back on the road in record breaking time. And at a very affordable rate.

Very quick to respond and get my truck in to get diagnosed. Great experience with them. Being from Alberta Canada, they are a top shelf shop that really were helpful and went the extra mile.

I would recommend these people they did a pretty good job overall, I thought they charged a bit much for the job that I had them do but after they explained it, it kind of made sense and they deducted two hours off of my labor one downfall is is the communication was kind of lacking it could’ve been because it was the Saturday and SundayAnd they also stole candy out of my truck, which I did not think that was cool, but overall that was a good laugh

Very untimely service and ver bad customer services. They told me that they will be helping me to fix my truck at 1 O'clock but when I didn't hear form them I called them and they told me that they were busy and came to fix my truck at 6 p.m. So I let them do their work and after that they went home the next day my engine started to leak and the same problem when I called them they told me that I had to pay more because it is my fualt that it did not gets fixed. That is very unprofessional and unethical did not expect this. Don't try to work with this company they will scam you and take your money and do nothing just shitty service. If it would've been upto me I would've given them ratings in negative.

Very kind and professional people. Nobody in town took us the same day. But this guys did. Fixed everything very well and did some extra staff for us without charging anything extra. Highly recommending them.
