I ordered some Hydra products from them, because they’re $60 less than Amazon, and was super pleased! Ordered on Saturday, and got my products on Tuesday with no shipping fee. Will absolutely order from them again. I wish there was a store front nearby haha.

My hope is that Love Groomers will read these reviews and turn things around. My intent is not to tear the company down but possibly someone that matters at the company will read it.My first order several months ago went very smoothly. I received my order within two days and I was very impressed. However every order since then has been wrought with mishaps.I have ordered from them 5 times in total and the last 4 have not gone well. Items are arriving severely damaged, not packaged with care, items missing, or orders severely delayed. When I have contacted them, I receive cut and paste emails stating "Your order was damaged in delivery so we are re-sending the order". I then contacted them about this because I find it hard to believe this could happen 4 times in a row. I got no answer.Now I will say they did resend the damaged order. Which is great customer service. However, whoever is in charge of packing and shipping I believe is the issue. I hope that Love Groomers gets this sorted out as I believe the company is a good company. The owner has a great reputation. Let's hope they get this figured out.

Love this company!Have made several orders and each has arrived in less then 24 hours! I am located about an hour south of them, but being that most companies are states away! I'm blown away!Love the packaging which is all earth friend dogHighly recommend!!!Love the earth friendly packaging!

Typically super fast delivery and not this time! Really disappointed that my shipment said the 29th for delivery and now receiving items on the 5th??? This is very irritating as I am expecting those products for work and now I have to order from somewhere else to have them in time.. will not be purchasing again.

While placing an order on their website they told me I should receive my purchase in two days. However, after completing my order, they told me that it was back ordered. I asked them why they didn’t show on their website that product was back ordered, but all they said was that it was a supply chain problem. This is completely a bait and switch tactic. Furthermore, per my request, I requested them to delete my account, but they failed to do so.Obviously I don’t recommend ordering from this dishonest company. There are plenty of other pet grooming supply companies that legitimately care about their customers, and won’t use “tactics” to make sales.Lastly, I will say that their customer service was responsive, but that’s not enough to get my business.

My first time ordering and my supplies were delivered fast. One of my spray conditioner bottles was broken. I called that day and 2 days later a new bottle was delivered. Great customer service! I will be ordering from here from now on!

Had so many great experiences with Love Groomers over the years. I am super disappointed in the direction they’ve been going the last year. Ordered an item that was on back-order (around May 2020) fast forward to now and complication after complication keeps popping up - still haven’t received my items or a solution. Customer service is no good, I believe I’ve been interacting with “Jill”. I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I received a ready to use grooming spray, but without the sprayer. I called them to see if I could get a sprayer. Well they not only sent me a sprayer, but also another bottle of spray! Thank you Love Groomers for your outstanding customer service!

Very fast shipping every time. Great customer service. the shampoo that I ordered was on back order and I didn’t know, so they called me immediately and let me know and I was able to get another shampoo ordered. I will be ordering from this place from now on. Best place ever!
