Stopped by this place today. I like the family owned part. I like that it's tucked out of the way. Classic small town butcher shop. They have a little walk through area with lots of taxidermy animals to browse. Place is pretty cool. My only wish was maybe a slightly better selection but I realize they need to keep stuff fresh. Prices are decent on most items. Slightly high on others. No complaints. I would definitely come back.

Just picked up our processed deer. Only have 4lbs burger. They told us that that both shoulders on both deer were damaged. Funny thing is that we both shot our deer behind the shoulder broadside. So not happy.. Will not be back.

We dropped our deboned deer meat off the first week of December and we were told it would it would be ready in a month. Mid-January we called and were told it would be another month. It’s now been 3 months since we dropped our deer off and we still don’t have our deer back. We would be a lot more understanding if a friend of ours who took his whole deer in after us hadn’t already received it back. (And for those wondering - we didn’t order anything out of the norm that would take longer to process.. deer sticks were the bulk of our request.)

We have been processing our wild game here for past 15 years. Never disappoints. Turn around is several months. Get your own meat back. Products are all top notch. Nothing we dont like

Bought an assortment of products, pork chops, t-bones, sausages and pepper stick. Tbones tasted like liver, poorly cut, chops were half fat, pepper sticks tasted like vinegar. Haven’t tried the sausage. Might feed to my dog.
