I was impressed how quick I was able to get my car in. They gave me a car to drive and had all the repairs done by the next morning. Travis was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be repaired. Also the cute message with candy I got in my car. Put a smile on my face. Thanks J&M for the great service!

Absolutely will try and charge you for services you don't need. Girlfriend was told she needs brakes very soon because they were almost gone. I took a look and they were not even close to worn, maybe 1/4 worn total (3/4 left). They quoted her for several thousands dollars worth of other services as well which were either unnecessary or not as time sensitive as they made her think. Do not trust them.

I took my vehicle to them after getting a quote from a Automotive Dealer in Sioux Falls. Only to find out they were 33% higher! When I confronted them about the price they flat out lied to me. Found them to be over priced and dishonest.
UPDATE: I ended up getting my work done at Tires Tires Tires in Sioux Falls. I did not share pricing from the other two service centers.
Oil Change and Filter - $96.50 - JM Quote was $168.13
New Tires Mounted w/ alignment & Balance - $1001.76 JM Quote was $1,309.63
I have used J & M for several years and trusted they were treating me fairly. They abused that trust!
It would be wise to get a second estimate. These numbers speak for themselves.

The customer service here is amazing. They always have me feeling safe when leaving. Along with that they show customer appreciation by always having goodies when I hop back in my car. Happy to be a customer here!
