We asked for assistance and all the BB associates were gracious and tried to help us. They led us to another associate, Deli, who pinpointed exactly what we needed. “Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you”
